Our marketing packages are inclusive of a Walkthrough Video OR a 3D Tour of your property.

At a time when viewings are compromised due to Covid 19, videos and 3D tours have never been so valuable when marketing a property, giving your audience the chance of a “virtual viewing experience” of your house from the comfort of their home, office and on the go. Our bundles are designed to include one or the other for budget reasons. The choice is yours. They are both incredibly useful products and will help you greatly during your campaign.

Can’t decide which one is most suited to your property? There is no wrong choice here. It’s really just a matter of personal taste and a slightly different user experience. Ultimately you could even have both! For a little extra you can add both products to your bundle to take full advantage from each of these amazing tools.

Drone Services

Does your property have features such us: extensive site with planning potential, large front/rear garden, interesting amenities, proximity to the sea, amazing isolation… then we seriously recommend the use of drones to capture and highlight these aspects to maximize your property’s potential and attract potential buyers.

Floor Plan

We will measure and draw an accurate floor plan of your property on the same day. Our floor plans are designed to give any viewer a clear understanding of the internal layout of a property. Although very accurate, they are not to scale but sketched for representation purposes only.

Measurements can be provided upon request.

Virtual Staging

Is the property vacant and unfurnished? Why not consider virtual staging? Instead of spending thousands of euros on real staging, we will add furniture and decor to your home showing potential buyers what the house might look like furnished. This is a great tool to capture people’s imagination and to help bidder visualize what the property might look like when lived in.
It can be hard sometimes to look past an empty shell and case study shows that staging a property is money well spent. Virtual staging gives all sellers the opportunity to present a staged property without bearing the costs of real staging.


BER stands for Building Energy Rating and it certificates the energy efficiency of a dwelling. In other words it’s a performance indicator that measures the amount of energy used by the property and its carbon footprint on the planet.

This is a legal requirement. YOUR MARKETING CAMPAIGN CANNOT START WITHOUT A VALID BER so if you are serious about selling you should get one done asap.
