Terms & Conditions - Sale of a Property
I, the Client, agree to the terms and conditions of this website. The Client confirms that they are the full beneficial owners of the property intended for sale, and are fully authorised to act in all matters relating to the sale. The Client confirms that they are not aware of any impediment to the sale of the property and confirms that they will make MySale aware of any impediment as soon as reasonably possible should any matter arise.
The client confirms that all descriptions, dimensions, references to condition and necessary permission for use and occupation, and other details are given in good faith and are believed to be correct. The Client understands that they will need to make the property available for viewing at all reasonable times and that all correspondence with intended purchasers in relation to viewing, information, bidding, negotiations and solicitor correspondence and all property and sale particulars will be directly between the intended purchasers and the client. At no point will MySale correspond with those making enquiries or bids; this is the sole responsibility of the Client, unless agreed otherwise.
All bidding received through the MySale website will be received directly by the Client. It is the Clients responsibility to engage with the parties who have placed bids for further
negotiations. Either party may terminate the Agreement by giving 24 hour written notice.
The client will be requited to sign a Terms of Engagement Agreement prior to their property being published on MySale.ie.
